Ogres ... yes, they'd as soon eat a man as look at him, most of them, but they're not the mindless brutes ye might think. They too have Shamans of their kind, to restore their forces for their endless war with you humans. Hamgyong Nam-Do is the home of three tribes of ogres: The Grim Ogres, led by Log; the Marsh Ogres, led by Zangze; and the Hill Ogres, led by Zin-Te. Southern ogres follow no one leader but serve all three, and an ambassador from the Hill Ogres is often to be found in Log's lair. Here, too, once lived the kindly Ugh, who taught humans the craft of gemcutting. His shop is now kept by his apprentice.
