Sanhae is one of those places that is neither one thing nor the other. Much like yourself, youngling. Sanhae is a small town near the arctic regions, currently a protectorate of Buya. It contains several crafting locations, as well as the only shop which buys yellow ambers. The easiest way to reach Sanhae is to travel to the Arctic Land, go south from the inn, then east and north up the trail to the Sanhae town gate.
