Ah, the Vale. I wandered there much in my youth. It is a place of beauty and death ... quite a fine combination, I must say. The Vale is one of the largest areas in Nexus. Unlike most areas, it is an arena: player vs. player combat is possible, with no actual harm coming to the loser. It also contains two hunting caves, the NPC used for scribing and alchemy, many warps to unexpected places, and several features such as the Black Pit whose purpose is unknown.
