The following is a list of drops from the bosses and sentries of all of the Mythic caves. The top entry in a section is the primary drop, any below the line are uncommon or rare. Those which are rumored but unconfirmed are indicated by italics. We know that this list is not entirely accurate. If you can prove or disprove any of the unconfirmed drops, add additional ones we don't know about, or report any which are wrong, by all means please do so. There seems to be a pattern where the rare drops for at least some of the key bosses are the next higher item boss's drop. Again, this is awaiting confirmation.
